We are a quaint candle business located in Wanneroo, Western Australia.

Our candles are meticulously handcrafted in small batches, utilizing only premium waxes and fragrances. Each candle in our Coconut Soy and Beeswax Soy is fitted with a CDN wick and our Deluxe Soy range is fitted with an S Wave wood wick for quality assurance.

We commit to using waxes free from paraffin and ensure that our fragrances do not contain phthalates.

Our premier candles are crafted with natural Beeswax Soy, Coconut Soy and Deluxe Soy, all high-quality waxes shipped in from Melbourne and are infused with a selection of high-quality fragrances.

Our collection features an array of Australian and Earthy aromas.

Additionally, our room sprays are phthalate and methanol free, and our diffusers use a eco-friendly and biodegradable base.

Candle Care Instructions

How to take of your candles.

Allow the candle to reach a full pool of melted wax on the first and every consecutive burn.

Our large Beeswax Soy Cambridge jars should be burned for a minimum of 4 hours and can be burnt for up to 8 hours. The quality of this wax is amazing. It has a slow burn rate allowing the jar to remain cool to touch even after 8 hours you can still hold the jar in the palm of your hands. The first couple of burns is completely normal to have a slight wax hang. Do not attempt to push it down. The wax will catch up on consecutive burns.

Our Deluxe Soy range with wood wicks are versatile and enjoy a burn period of anywhere from 2 to 4 hours making it the perfect candle for those that only have a few hours of time to enjoy the ambience.

Our medium and Small Archies should be burnt for no more than 4 to 5 hours.

Our pure and natural beeswax tealights have a gorgeous honey aroma and do get hot so please burn with care by placing on a piece of ceramic or stone. They look amazing burning when placed inside our clean empty amber jars.

Ensure your candle is well placed away from draughts, pets, children and flammable materials.

Always be vigilant when blowing a candle out, ideally use a candle snuffer where possible.

Before your next burn, trim the cotton wicks and remove any debris from the candle. Do not trim the wood wicks. They will naturally trim themselves as they burn.

Keep your candle clean once cold and re set by placing the lid back on where possible to prevent dust and loss of scent.

Always dispose of the candle with approximately 1 cm of wax left in the bottom of the jar to prevent overheating and potentially shattering. As for the beeswax tealights let them burn to the end. They will self-extinguish and are perfectly safe in the polycarbonate cups.

It is advisable to not re fill most candle jars and I do not offer this service. Jars become weak over time, and I do not know how many times that particular jar may have been filled. The safety of you and your home is my priority. The jar can be upcycled for many uses in the home and garden.

Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping or delivery on all orders. We use Australia Post standard shipping, Aramex ATL service or personalized delivery. Pick up is also available from Wanneroo and our market events. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Pickup can be selected by ticking the appropriate box.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping/delivery method chosen. Generally, standard shipping within Australia takes between 3 to 7 business days. Local deliveries within WA or metro are 1-2 business days. Please note that these times may be affected by factors such as public holidays and peak seasons. Express Shipping may be used as a compliment for large orders and cannot contain diffusers.

Shipping Costs
ZERO Australia wide only.

International Shipping International orders welcome. We ship by FedEx or similar. We only ship our candles overseas. Please contact us via the contact page or email with the items you desire and your name, email, phone number, and full address. We’ll send a quote including shipping and international fees. To accept, pay using the secure "Pay Now" link. If you decline, the invoice will be cancelled.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information if sent via Australia Post, Aramex or another courier service. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Temperatures above 25°C

Whilst great care and attention is taken when packing your order, shipping candles during summer or to hotter climates with heat and/or humidity may cause your candles to sweat slightly and form a bead on top. This does not affect the performance of the candle and is simply aesthetic. Temperatures over 25°C can cause this temporary surface moisture; allow the candle to rest in a cooler, dry place before lighting.

Returns Policy

Product Disclosure Statement: Handmade Candles

We take pride in providing high-quality candles that have undergone thorough testing to ensure they meet our standards.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are here to assist you and address any concerns.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive correspondence via email or messenger and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

For exchanges, a new item will be shipped to you once the item has been assessed.

Please note we do not offer exchanges if you simply do not like the scent.

Damage during transit policy.

At Regal Glow, we carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, which rarely happens we’re here to help.

1. Report Quickly
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Resolution
Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund/store credit, depending on availability

3. Conditions

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours

  • Photos are required for assessment

  • Damage must have occurred during transit (not after delivery)
