We are a quaint candle business located in Wanneroo, Western Australia.

Our candles are meticulously handcrafted in small batches, utilizing only premium waxes and fragrances. Each candle is fitted with a CDN wick for quality assurance.

We commit to using waxes free from paraffin and ensure that our fragrances do not contain phthalates.

Our premier candles are crafted with Beesoy 808, an exquisite blend of Beeswax and Soy, and are infused with a selection of essential oil fragrances.

Our collection features an array of Australian and Earthy aromas, encapsulated in our superior Cocosoy wax.

Additionally, our petite pot range boasts a selection of 100% Natural Fragrances, alongside our highly sought-after essential oil blends, housed in our exclusive Olive Soy wax.

Candle Care Instructions

How to take of your candles.

Allow the candle to reach a full pool of melted wax on the first and every consecutive burn.

Our large Cambridge jars should be burned for a minimum of 3 hours and can be burnt for up to 5 hours

Ensure your candle is well placed away from draughts, pets, children and flammable materials.

It is not wise to blow a candle out and ideally a candle snuffer should be used.

Once cool trim the wick and remove any debris from the candle before your next burn.

Keep your candle clean once cold and re set by placing the lid back on to prevent dust and loss of scent.

Always dispose of the candle with approximately 1 cm of wax left in the bottom of the jar to prevent overheating and potentially shattering.

It is advisable to not re fill the candle jar. The jar can be upcycled for many uses in the home and garden.

Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Standard and Express shipping is available for all orders. Please choose the method that suits you best during checkout. Some areas are covered by free local delivery. This option is available at checkout after entering postcode.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, standard shipping within Australia takes between 3 to 7 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that these times may be affected by factors such as public holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are a flat rate Australia wide. We also offer free shipping on local deliveries dependent on postcode.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking is via Australia Post.

Returns Policy

At Regal Glow, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following returns policy:

General Information

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to notify us of your intent to return. This can help streamline the process and confirm eligibility.

  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • For exchanges, a new item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received. Please note we do not offer exchanges if you simply do not like the scent.
